הקורס, יחל ביום ה', ה-28.07.11, בשעה 18:00, בקמפוס ת"א של רשת מכללות Cash Flow ברח' ראול ולנברג 24 מגדלי זיו בנין D רמת-החי"ל. ימשך 6 מפגשים בני 4 שעות אקדמיות כל אחד, שיתקיימו אחת לשבוע.

במהלך הקורס, בויקו יציג למשתתפים את הרקע למשבר בשוק הנדל"ן האמריקאי, המצב הנוכחי וההזדמנויות הקיימות בו כיום, מהן הנקודות המרכזיות להן צריך להתייחס בניסיון לאתר נכס להשקעה, מיומנויות לניהול סיכונים ויישומן בבחינת הצעות לרכישת נכס, סוגי העסקאות המוצעות, סוגית המיסוי וסוגיות משפטיות, רכישת נכס מעבר לים, ניהולו ועד מינוף ומכירת הנכס.

בוגרי הקורס ידעו לחשב את התשואה הריאלית על הנכס, להתקשר עם חברות ניהול, למנף את השקעתם, לתכנן את היבטי המיסוי, להגיע לתשואה מקסימלית וכמובן כיצד לבחור נכס מתאים להשקעה והיכן לחפש כזה.
